Levering & risico<\/h2>\n <p>Levertijden zijn indicatief. Het risico gaat over op de afnemer bij levering.<\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n <section class=\"section\">\n <h2>6. Betaling<\/h2>\n <p>Betaling dient te gebeuren binnen de afgesproken termijn. Bij te late betaling is rente verschuldigd.<\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n <section class=\"section\">\n <h2>7. Garantie<\/h2>\n <p>Fabrieksgarantie geldt zoals per product vermeld. Garantie vervalt bij foutief gebruik, schade of ondeskundige installatie.<\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n <section class=\"section\">\n <h2>8. Intellectueel eigendom<\/h2>\n <p>Alle materialen en teksten blijven eigendom van The Dutch Supplier.<\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n <section class=\"section\">\n <h2>9. Aansprakelijkheid<\/h2>\n <p>Aansprakelijkheid is beperkt tot het bedrag van de factuur, tenzij verzekeraar anders uitkeert. Overmacht<\/h2>\n <p>Bij overmacht kan The Dutch Supplier levering opschorten of annuleren zonder schadeplichtigheid.<\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n <section class=\"section\">\n <h2>11. Toepasselijk recht<\/h2>\n <p>Op alle overeenkomsten is Nederlands recht van toepassing.<\/p>\n <\/section>\n\n <section class=\"section\">\n <h2>12. Retourbeleid & herroepingsrecht (B2B)<\/h2>\n\n <p>\n 12.1 Levering gebeurt uitsluitend aan zakelijke klanten (B2B). Het wettelijke herroepingsrecht voor consumenten is niet van toepassing.\n <\/p>\n\n <h3>12.2 Wanneer retourneren mogelijk is<\/h3>\n <ul>\n <li>Beschadigde levering<\/li>\n <li>Verkeerd geleverd product<\/li>\n <li>Fabrieksfout binnen de garantietermijn<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <p>Melding moet binnen <strong>48 uur na levering<\/strong> worden gedaan via info@thedutchsupplier.nl.<\/p>\n\n <h3>12.3 Uitsluitingen<\/h3>\n <ul>\n <li>Gebruiksschade of gebruikerssporen<\/li>\n <li>Producten op maat of speciale bestellingen<\/li>\n <li>Ontbrekende accessoires of verpakking<\/li>\n <li>Schade door foutief gebruik<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n <h3>12.4 Procedure bij geaccepteerde retouren<\/h3>\n <ul>\n <li>Verpakkingsinstructies worden verstrekt<\/li>\n <li>Retourlabel of transportinstructies worden per e-mail verzonden<\/li>\n <li>Product moet compleet en in originele verpakking retour<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n <h3>12.5 Kosten<\/h3>\n <ul>\n <li><strong>Foutieve levering of\n schade:<\/strong> kosten volledig voor The Dutch Supplier<\/li>\n <li><strong>Garantieonderzoek:<\/strong> kosten kunnen voor rekening van de afnemer zijn<\/li>\n <li><strong>Onterechte retour:<\/strong> onderzoek- en transportkosten worden doorbelast<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n <h3>12.6 Onderzoek & reparatie<\/h3>\n <p>Bij defecten wordt eerst technisch onderzoek uitgevoerd. Garantie<\/h2>\n <p>Fabrieksgarantie geldt zoals per product vermeld.
